This policy describes how Highland Energy (“Highland,” “we,” “us”) handles information in connection with its internal Maintenance Operations SMS program.
Who this applies to
This program is for Highland employees only — our maintenance dispatcher and field technicians. It is not offered to or marketed to the general public.
Information we collect
Mobile phone numbers provided by employees for work purposes, and the content of text messages exchanged to coordinate maintenance work (work orders, dispatch instructions, troubleshooting, and follow-up).
How we use it
Solely to coordinate and document Highland maintenance and repair operations. We do not use this information for marketing.
No sharing of mobile information
No mobile information — including phone numbers and SMS opt-in/consent — will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Message frequency & rates
Message frequency varies with operational activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts; reply START to resume. Reply HELP for assistance.
